The unit also includes a 1/2" thick insulated top lid, two solid hinged self-closing doors, and two epoxy coated wire shelves with height adjustable clips. The 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a convenient workspace, and the digital controls with LED display make it easy to monitor and adjust the temperature. With its stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, as well as a galvanized steel bottom and rear, this sandwich prep table is built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen.
